These allow free movement and regular changes in pressure which causes good blood circulation while in bed. Improved blood circulations will help reduce headaches and swelling of some body parts which results from poor circulation of blood.

Also, some hospital beds offer cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) function in such a way that it has been lowered to enhance effectiveness. It helps those patients with cardiac problems. This will make it easy for the doctor to attend to the patient faster hence saving a life.

Also, they are designed in such a way that makes the caregiver and nurses cannot strain while attending to the sick person. This will prevent some injuries that may be caused by overworking while attending to the ailing person. This will reduce risks and help a lot of costs.

They are a bit raised to enable the patient to easily wake with straining and as well sleep even with little support. It also enables the nurse to easily administer drip without even their presence to monitor. It is provided with a cushion pad that allows patients with injuries in the neck to comfortable sleep without fatigue.
